When we photograph a home for sale or update vacation property photos, we sometimes use two photographers.
Each one uses a specific formula to maintain consistency in the photos. We shoot each room with the camera at a specific height, and the angles and camera settings are customized for that room.
If you see our photos in an MLS listing or a beach area vacation home, it’s hard to discern which photographer shot which area of the property, but the quality of those photos is what we work hard to achieve.
Our agents have come to expect that sort of consistency from us. You can achieve that same level of consistency and secure steady, repeat business.
The aim is to remove the photo part from the Agent/Brokers plate which frees them to concentrate on other aspects of the listing.
Knowing that your photos are consistent across the board, agents and Brokers are likely to be that repeat customer.
